When I submitted my query to refund my money I was told that if I had failed they would have refunded but since I had passed my 2 marks they wouldn’t refund. This is just a simplified version of the problem. They put me through 2 months of agony just for this stupid excuse. Please please please I beg you not you believe this service. I wish someone had told me this before I approached their so called service.
