Summary
Despite the nice-looking website, we were rather disappointed with how Paperscube turned out. They need to expand their website to create a better service and nail the consistency in the quality of their content. Only then will we be able to recommend it fully.
Overall
4.2/10Papers Cube is one of those custom essay writing services that you take one look at and what to use. It’s a nicely organised and well-laid out website that’s very visual and stands out from many other sites of a similar calibre.
Top Rated Servicesstudents' choice
However, as a student with a tight budget, you need to make sure that you’re making the best decision when it comes to choosing the site for you. Here’s everything you need to know about Papers Cube.
Services
However, once you start using the website, problems start to arise. Firstly, there’s no navigation bar so how are you supposed to navigate to the page that you want to find? There’s not even a services page!
However, you can find a brief service description in the footer of the website which states that they offer essay writing and dissertation writing and that’s it. This is a poor selection, especially when some of the leading sites will offer in excess of 50 services.
Quality
There is also a well-hidden reviews page in the footer of the website, but the reviews are very basic and don’t really provide any value. They are also not dated, so they could be decades out of date.
Searching online using TrustPilot, the majority of the reviews are negative, claiming that the service is absolutely useless, the customer support staff are rude, and the site seems untrustworthy.
Prices
There is also no pricing page on the website which makes things even more difficult. At the time of writing, there is a promotional offer running which states all content is £9.99 per page, meaning that a ten-page essay will be £99, which is extremely affordable but when you consider the quality stated above, this only makes sense.
However, when this offer isn’t running, there’s no indication of the other content prices, which leads us to believe that the website will charge a writer’s price or quote on an individual basis, a process that can be very expensive.
Support
As with the rest of the website, there isn’t a dedicated contact page, so you’re going to have to hunt around for a method of contact. In the header, there’s a UK phone number and an info email address, no sign of any dedicated support email addresses.
There’s also a live chat feature on every page, but this is it. There are no social media links, no email form, no skype and no dedicated department contact lines.

I have recently tried to use them – they charged £150 for a short presentation deck. I paid after confirming that I would have it by 5pm. needless to say 5pm came and went and no work. Im now arguing about getting a refund. DONT USE

Recently used their services. My order was copy&paste from an online article and I was charged £80. When I asked for a refund they said I needed proof that the order was not good. So basically I had to submit that and fail in order to get my money back. Still arguing about getting a refund. NOT RECOMMENDED.
