They failed my assignment and then it kinda turned to the point where they made it look like it’s my fault, because I’ve chosen the “bad” writer. Why do you employ bad writers in the first place then?

Based on the reviews I saw, I decided to use this service. I had a very simple, very straightforward essay, 1500 words long and on an easy topic too. The deadline I set was reasonable for that word count too, 2 days is more than enough. The prices were quite higher than the previous services I used but I thought maybe it’s just because my deadline was short. They also offered some other services like status report and expert level writer which I took because they seemed nice to have.

But then there was no status report at all and my essay wasn’t delivered after two days. When I asked them about it, they said that they needed two more hours. I gave them that time and waited some more. Then they asked me for more time again without telling me where my essays is.

After I asked them several times, they finally told me that they can’t locate my writer. Seriously? I got the essay after 4 days and it would be better if I didn’t. It was the worst essay I’ve ever seen. I asked for a refund but they only said I can get a discount for the next purchase. As if I was going to work with them ever again.

Edubirdie is just a way of making money and nothing else. They firstly charged me $10 for my choice of professional writer and then charged a further $15 for me to submit an assignment request. Then they charged me 20% in order for me to be a premium member. The worst bit is that I paid all of these crazy charges and the writer didn’t even write on the topic that I asked. I asked for the paper to be redone because there was nothing related to the checklist I provided, the revised paper was delivered to me 4 days after the due date. I contacted their customer service team unsuccessfully.

I might be a bit wrong with the exact sums charged for each promised service because of currency conversions, but the whole story is my true experience.

I expected my Master’s level paper to written at Master’s level, as I asked however I received nothing of the sort. This would not even pass at High School level. Beyond this, it was delivered too late and after 4 revisions still did not meet any of the requirements depicted. I am so unbelievably disappointed.

There was a slight mix up with the writer I was given, as they didn’t understand what I wanted at first, so they assigned another writer for another cost (!!!!) because “his qualification costs more”. The second writer was a total waste just as the first one and here I am with a rubbish paper that was not worth the money spent. DISAPPOINTED

This is something different for sure, but I honestly do not understand why do I have to look for the writer by myself? The price is definitely in line with usual writing services, even though you are doing the half job and still taking the risk that your writer will be a trash one. I also think that freelance platform website takes much less responsibility since they are just providing a space for students and writers to find each other. Questionable way to ease your academic life.
