There’s absolutely no way to contact them: their whatsapp doesn’t work and you can’t email them, and they never pick up the phone, I’m not even convinced it’s the right number. This site is only money focused and they severely underdeliver. They prey on desperate students who need to do well in order to maintain good grades. I was told twenty minutes before the deadline that she couldn’t access all the information she needed in order to write my paper, but I was never informed throughout the week via message or anything and then I missed my deadline.
